Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions. -- Dalai Lama

I know what it’s like to live overseas and be far from home. As someone who is “permanently temporary,” I’ve lived all over the world, from Europe to Asia, Mexico and the United States. While my passports say one thing, my life often says something quite different!

I can help you. Professional mental health care can be difficult or sometimes impossible to find when you’re far from home. Expats have special challenges since they’re often away from their family, support structures and the comfort of their home culture.

I’ve been a professional psychologist for over 10 years and I also cofounded a mental health technology company, iCouch. At iCouch, we were pioneers in online video therapy. I’ve been conducting therapy sessions using secure online video since the very beginning of the technology!

Using highly secure video sessions, I can help you become happier, manage stress, improve your relationships and get you back on track.

You didn't always feel this way. You don't always have to feel this way!

If you are in an immediate crisis, please call 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK or 112 in Europe.
Alternatively, you can visit Befrienders Worldwide to find a suicide helpline for your country.
